Portugal's Smoking Law

The smoking law in Portugal is complicated, is is prohibited in the obvious places like Hospitals, theatres and schools, but if an establishments is frequented by 18 year old and over then an enclosed ventilated area is allowed as long as it has air extraction facilities.
