2026, January update from Nicolas.: Smoking terrace at gate 3. Access may be blocked during UA flight stopover Manila & Guam and be used only for UA flight passengers.

For connecting flights you may need to leave the terminal and enter Palau and smoke outside the terminal then going through Security again for your flight.
