Before and After Security Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.

Update from Robert K. on the 10th Sept 2018: No smoking area for transit passengers. Smoking is only allowed in front of the Terminal after Immigration. 

For connecting flights you must leave the terminal and enter Pohnpei and smoke outside terminal then go through Security again for your flight.
