There are maybe no smoking facilities inside the terminal, depending on the time of year. Propeller Bistro has an outdoor area but this maybe only open during the summer. Confirmation would be appreciated.
For connecting flights you must enter Slovakia and smoke outside the terminal then go through Security again for your flight.

Košice International Airport (KSC) is Slovakia’s second‑largest airport, located about 6 km south of Košice’s historic center and serving as an important regional gateway for both scheduled and charter flights.
Košice International Airport (IATA: KSC, ICAO: LZKZ) operates as a public airport managed by Letisko Košice – Airport Košice, a.s., and sits at an elevation of 230 m above sea level. KSC offers a mix of domestic, international, and seasonal routes, with direct flights to major cities such as Prague, Warsaw, Vienna, Zürich, London (Luton and Stansted), Liverpool, Dublin, and Zadar. Airlines operating at the airport include Ryanair, Wizz Air, LOT Polish Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, and others. Recent expansions in service include the launch of a direct Zürich route by Swiss International Air Lines in 2024 and increased seasonal frequencies to Zadar beginning in 2025.
The airport’s history dates back to the 1950s, when construction began near the Barca district. By 1955, Košice had established direct flights to Prague, and over the following decades, the airport expanded its terminal facilities, control tower, and infrastructure to support rising demand. Today, it offers modern passenger services, efficient operations, and connections to more than 300 destinations with one transfer, making it a vital transport hub for eastern Slovakia.
