Mauritius enforces one of the strictest vaping bans in the world, prohibiting the manufacture, import, sale, possession, and use of all electronic cigarettes and related products under the Public Health (Restrictions on Tobacco Products) Regulations 2022, with full enforcement beginning 31 May 2023.
