Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.

After Security Smoking

Information provided by Tino, May 2023: There is no smoking rooms after security.

For connecting flights you may need to leave the terminal and enter Italy and smoke outside the terminal then going through Security again for your flight.
