Before and After Security Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.
Update from Tom t: Update 9th Jan 2020:

Smoking room is located in main terminal area, after passport control. Go left, and in the middle of tax-free shopping area, between gates 5/6 and 7/8 take stairs one floor up.

There is also Smoking Room sign near the stairs. On upper floor there is small smoking room. It's available for all passengers departing from gates 1-9, the letters A, B etc. Have no significance in numeration.
Update from Thais K on the 5th May 2019: Smoking is free in departures area on the first floor, in the back by the toilets- not charming but you can smoke for free. Photos below:
There are smoking facilities inside the terminal after security. Some may require payment to access.
Level 3 - Departures. There is a smoking area near gate 13.
International Departures Business lounge a smoking facilities.
Union Sector Business lounge has smoking facilities.
