Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.

After Security Smoking

Update from Rene, May 2022: The reason why there is no smoking area at the airport is that smoking is actually banned in the entire city of Iloilo. Indoors, outdoors, whatever.

For connecting flights you cannot smoke.
